Team Leadership / Facilitative Leadership Workshop

 In this one-day workshop, we took the Acculogix senior leadership team through two core leadership practices: leading teams and facilitative leadership.

The program was successful in:

  • improving their leadership skills
  • improving communication and teamwork on the team
  • preparing these leaders to improve the following at all levels of the organization:
    •  productivity
    • engagement
    • communication
    • teamwork

Our “Quick Meetings” guide included comprehensive instructions for facilitating those discussions and the content of the discussions including (but not limited to):
